Is my boat trailer too large for Interstate travel? - trailer tires load

So I will bring my boat home and) the legal limit Beam 8 '6 "in the U.S. state of Colorado and my followers at the widest point (tires as wheels
is 8'1 "and I ask myself if needed from the widest point, which means that the boat is the only car on the trailer (tire to tire I), these characters were one-time charge?

TrueNorth and Richard are in the right direction with his answers, but more information would be great.

Remember my days with a boat, shoot a TRAILERABLE 8'6 "beam had spread outside of the boat trailer tires and it was legal, the highways and roads. In Virginia, the definition of" portable "refers to the boat and the followers are not.

Do you need a sign-off charge? No. Is it advisable? No, why? It is well within the trailer 11 "to maybe 12 'lanes.

Good luck!

Click OK, then your followers 8'1 "and is below the limit.

Now, say what you know that your boat is wider than 8'6 "

Yes?

Batch is defined as the load and trailer, if either the limit is exceeded, then you have to respect the laws of the special charge in your state.

Here in Minnesota, it means that travel permits, banners, and time is limited.

Good luck
