This would be the best option for now. Rent out your house MD. And renting a flat in a good reputation, and so on until manager/Century21 security for the repair of $ 1000. for them that the phone, keep calls from small cars to Hawaii then to better things, look at relating to the purchase, and it will give you enough time to get around the area.
Good luck luck ... lol

I'm not sure what the market as an MD, but I think it does not seem right that the rest of the country. While an agent can list and then hope for the best, one can consider exhausted to do a lease option to do this soon. As you move out of the state, you can increase your safety in operation, a service company to handle billing, etc., must

When investors sell themselves, options, leasing is the way all of my possessions, and generally have a buyer within 30 days. I do not use agents or brokers, without paying commission, and I have to put up a snob, will give qualified buyers a low ball offer.

Provide leasing options a priori, the buyer can afford a mortgage (but not for one) to the property lease and the purchase of an option to buy the asset at a later time when they qualify. In this way, you do not have an empty house, you will receive monthly cash flow, and you retain control of the house and most of their assets.
